Brewing

When I started brewing, I made my beers the old-fashioned way: in a kettle over the stove. Since then I moved to a new apartment where the electric cooktop is too weak to handle this task. To solve this problem, I bought a 40L (~10.56 US gallons) electric all in one system from Brewolution.

Sadly my SilverCrest Electric Fruit Preserver & Jam Maker died during a brewday, so I had to find a quick solution for the spargwater heating. I had limited options, due to everything being out of stock so I choose the Royal - RCBM-30CK mash tun. Being a mash tun it’s perfectly capable of heating the sparge water.

Fermentation

Browsing for stainless steel fermenters I came across the Transfermer 35 liter (~9.24 US gallons) fermenter (similar to the Anvil Bucket Fermentor), so I bought two of them.

To achieve pressure fermentation I bought a Fermzilla All Rounder.
